What is your fee structure?
You should be concerned by the expensive legal fees charged by many law firms. Our legal fees are consistent with the services provided. We offer payment plans, with payments that coincide with specific stages of each case. It is of the upmost importance that our clients feel they have received the benefit of our services and are treated fairly. Most lawfirms bill at an hourly rate - not us. For the majority of our casework, we bill at a flat fee. Therefore, you will know what your fees are in advance, with no surprises.

How do I hire your firm?
You will need to call us to set up a consultation. When you come for your appointment, you should bring all documents relevant to your matter for a thorough evaluation of your case. At the time of your appointment, we will explain to you the legal processes and what can or can not be done to assist you. You will always be given a frank opinion about your case and you will always leave your first meeting with a full understanding of your situation. After we speak with you about your matter, we can tell you what work that is involved for your case. We will explain all of your options, so you can make an informed decision. After that, leave the worries and concerns about your case up to us.

What documents do I need to bring?
Bring with you all legal documents related to your case. You will also need with legal identification documents such as passports, entry documents, all records related to criminal offense, etc. For our corporate clientel, we will provide detailed and individualized information on a case by case basis. We make special arrangements to facilitate the needs of our corporate clientel and often arrange to meet at a mutally convenient venue.

What if I live far away or in another state?
Don't worry! Abdelhadi & Associates, P.C. has many clients outside of the ciy limits and in other states. We have litigated immigration cases all over the United States, as far away as Alaska, and including the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Further, we have represented corporate clients throughout the United States. Remember, immigration matters are based on Federal Law which means that a liscensed attorney can practice anywhere in the United States.


What happens after I decide to hire your firm?
We will quote you a flat fee and if acceptable we will draft a legal services agreement which details our duties and your obligations. In the services agreement, our fees will be detailed and we will outline the work to be done in your case. You will then be provided with instructions and detailed information, and provided with a detailed checklist and the appropriate questionaires for you to complete in order to process your case. Work on your case will begin immediately.

Once your firm is hired, will I ever hear from an attorney again / Who works on my cases legal assistants or attorneys?
Your case is assigned to an attorney, not a paralegal or legal assistant. Your case if given personal attention from the beginning to the conclusion of your legal matter. Only an attorney makes decisions in your matter, and yes ONLY an attorney actually works on your legal matter. All decisions made in your case are thoroughly evaluated by an attorney and the actual production of your case is completed by an attorney. For our corporate clientel, you are assigned an attorney from the beginning of your case. We will continue to provide legal services for the entire duration of the relationship on a personal, very professional basis.

Does your company offer discounts to multiple persons or large groups?
Abdelhadi & Associates, P.C. provides a discount on attorney fees for large groups and our corporate clientel. Please contact us regarding details of these discounts. We will work with you to earn your business. Are results speak for themselves.

We are located at 816 Oakwood Tower, 3626 N. Hall St., in Dallas, Texas, just west of Oak Lawn Avenue.

If I am located outside of Texas, can your firm still help me?
Absolutely. Since immigration law is federal law we have cases from clients throughout the United States and around the world.

What are your office hours?
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Central Time. However, if you have an emergency, please leave a message in our emergency call box or emergency email address and someone will get back to you sooner. Please utilize these contacts in emergencies only. Our offices are closed for all federal holidays.

Do you charge for the initial appointment?
E-Mail inquiries are free! Detailed case evaluations however will be charged a legal fee. We charge a discounted fee of $100 for your first 30 minute consultation, and we provide the convenience of a telephone consultation when requested. Nevertheless, if you choose to employ our firm within the first week of your initial consultation, we will deduct the consultation fee from any attorney fees.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, checks and wire transfers.
