Attorney Irrekka L. Clark is a Senior Attorney at Abdelhadi & Associates, P.C. Ms. Clark is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Texas. Also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Ms. Clark spends a great deal of time in the Federal Circuit. She also represents noncitizens before the U.S. Department of Justice Federal Immigration Courts, including the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Unit. A native of the Commonwelath of Virginia, Ms. Clark is an active member of various Dallas/Fort Worth and Virginia communities. She is also a zealous advocate of fathers in family matters and mothers' rights to financial support in destructive divorces. She often speaks on improving the immigration laws and policies on behalf of her clients and immigrants in general. In addition, she is a very accomplished litigator in the courts, pursuing all means available to protect the rights of her clients. She is accomplished in defending persons accused of federal and state crimes. Ms. Clark is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, J.L. Turner Legal Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, and several other community organizations that seek to protect the interests of all persons.
